The Complete Purging System
The NEPS1000 ADVANTAGE is designed to maximise the dry gas purging process for humidity removal, offering a range of capabilities for precise and efficient control throughout the purging operation.
Easy Operation
The NEPS1000 ADVANTAGE is fully self-contained. Simply connect a dry gas source to the inlet and the equipment to the outlet.
The unit is then ready for operation.
Economic Gas Use
One key advantage of the NEPS1000 ADVANTAGE is its efficient use of the purge gas. Through a single pipe connection, the gas is controlled and dispersed evenly throughout the instrument or system being purged.
During the depressurisation phase, the purge gas is isolated.
User Friendly
With simple, selectable programming, users can view process control values and display dewpoint measurements in either °C or °F, along with pressure in Kpa or psi.
The highly visible liquid displays provide real-time information during operation.
Equipment Leak Testing
The NEPS1000 ADVANTAGE includes four built-in leak testing options to verify the sealing standards of the equipment.
Pressure tests can be conducted between 10.3 Kpa (1.5 psi) and 34.4 Kpa (5.0 psi), with a pressure leak rate resolution of 0.01 psi.
Gas Quality Testing
Gas dryness is crucial for effective purging, and the NEPS1000 ADVANTAGE can check the gas’s dryness via the dewpoint monitor before purging begins.
Universal Voltage
The NEPS1000 ADVANTAGE operates on global voltages and frequencies ranging from 100 to 230 VAC at 50-60 Hz.
Why Purge with NEPS1000?
Modern systems using printed circuit boards, wires, electronic components, rubbers, and plastics often retain significant amounts of moisture, commonly referred to as “hygroscopic moisture.”
This moisture can be more substantial compared to the moisture contained in the surrounding air.
Traditional conditioning with dry nitrogen or air often leaves “pockets” of unconditioned gas.
The NEPS1000 ADVANTAGE employs a more efficient single-connection purging process, with three selectable pressure cycles ensuring the dry gas reaches all parts of the equipment.
